Delete Your TopR Account

TopR is developed by Antilver Systems Private Limited. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, using the method below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the TopR app and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and all progress are then permanently deleted.

If you signed in some time ago, the app may ask you to sign in again before deleting, for your security.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, send an email from your registered email address to support@antilver.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your account information (email, display name, profile photo)
• Practice progress and activity history
• Streaks, scores, question attempts, and session data
• Your premium/subscription status stored in the app
• Any associated authentication data held via Firebase
• Your sign-in restore keys (the public keys stored so you can be signed in on a new phone)

Purchase records (account ID, exam, expiry and Google Play purchase token) are kept only as long as needed for refunds, disputes and financial record-keeping. No payment details are ever stored.

Practice progress that is stored only on your device is also removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Data Retention Timeline

Your account is removed on confirmation, and all associated personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of the request. No personally identifiable data is retained after deletion.

Important Notes

• Deletion is irreversible.
• You will lose access to all progress and premium features.
• If you signed in using Google, you may also revoke access via your Google Account settings.
